Jesse Aaronson is a Chicago based actor and writer. He is recent graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a BFA in Theater Performance. Janet Ulrich Brooks
Janet is a Chicago based actor and teaching artist. Daniel Cantor
Daniel Cantor is an actor, director, educator who has worked in theaters across the country, on television, in independent films, and on the faculty of numerous nationally ranked theater programs. He has appeared in guest spots on shows such as Law and Order, Conviction, Law and Order: CI, Law and Order: SVU, Chicago PD, Empire, and The Sopranos, as well as in the films The Auteur Theory, Alchemy, Justice, House of Satisfaction, and Alternative Universe: A Rescue Mission. He has appeared in multiple Off-Broadway productions, including Things You Shouldn’t Say Past Midnight, Tuesdays With Morrie, Strictly Personal, and as Picasso in the national production of Steve Martin’s Picasso at the Lapin Agile. He also has extensive Chicago credits, including work at Goodman Theater, Court Theater, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Drury Lane Theater, Victory Gardens Theater, Silk Road Rising Theater, Next Theater, and the American Theater Company. Daniel has also worked extensively in regional theater including performances at the American Conservatory Theater, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Milwaukee Rep, Cleveland PlayHouse, among many others. Daniel’s past UV Theater Project credits include playing Vanya in Uncle Vanya, and directing The Seagull and The Cherry Orchard. Daniel Chenard is an actor and writer based in Chicago. He seized at the chance to work with the company as an assistant on its first production, Uncle Vanya, and since then has been lucky enough to portray Konstantin in The Seagull and Trofimov in The Cherry Orchard. Other Chicago credits include Wasteland Hero (Reutan Theatre Collective), The Princess and the Rabid Bat (Rabid Bat Theatricals), Romeo and Juliet (Citadel Theater), They! Avery DiUbaldo
Avery DiUbaldo is an actor, writer, and BFA graduate of the University of Michigan. His work has appeared in Poets & Writers, American Theatre Magazine, and The New York Times, and he currently works as Associate Creative Director and Writer for Snowday, the Brooklyn-based creative agency and video production company. There, he has written and produced original short films and branded content for such clients as the University of Michigan, Carnegie Hall, and Google.
Cindy Gold
Cindy Gold is an actress and teacher in the Chicago area. She recently appeared with Chicago Shakespeare in the all female Taming of the Shrew, directed by Barbara Gaines. She played Gertrude Stein in Frank Galati and Stephen Flaherty’s Loving Repeating for which she won the Joseph Jefferson Award for Best Actress in a musical. Chicago area performances also include In the Garden at Lookingglass Theatre directed by Jessica Thebus, About Face Theatre’s A Kid Like Jake, directed by Keirra Fromm, My Fair Lady at Lyric Opera directed by Robert Carsen, Measure for Measure at The Goodman, directed by Robert Falls, and Awake and Sing at Northlight, directed by Amy Morton. Cindy performed in Showboat at The Lyric Opera, Chicago and Washington, D.C. National Opera at the Kennedy Center, directed by Francesca Zambello. Priscilla Lindsay
Priscilla Lindsay is Professor and Chair of Theatre & Drama at the University of Michigan. She performed in over 30 seasons (over 50 roles) at the Indiana Repertory Theatre. Additionally, she has directed over 25 plays professionally, and a number of plays at U-M (Tartuffe, You Never Can Tell, The Beaux’ Stratagem, Three Sisters, Henry IV, Part One, You For Me For You). In addition to her theatrical talents, Lindsay is a voice-over commercial artist. In 2014 she returned to the IRT to star in The Game’s Afoot, and followed that with The Last Romance at the Purple Rose Theatre in Chelsea, Michigan. Last summer Miss Lindsay appeared as Carlotta in the UV Theater Project production of The Cherry Orchard.
Priscilla attended the University of Michigan as a professional theatre program fellow receiving a BA and MA. Following her formal training, she performed professionally at the Alley Theatre in Houston, Texas. Subsequently, she was appointed associate professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as a member of the Missouri Repertory Theatre Company. Lindsay was the associate artistic director at the Indiana Repertory Theatre (IRT) for twelve years. She also headed up the IRT’s Summer Conservatory for Youth program and was director of the Young Playwrights in Process playwriting competition.

Regan Moro
Regan Moro is thrilled to join the UV Theatre Project Artistic Collective after working on their stagings of both Uncle Vanya and Three Sisters (Natasha) at the Ragdale Foundation. Regional Credits include work at the Actors Theatre of Louisville, La Jolla Playhouse, Theatreworks Silicon Valley, The Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center, and Williamstown Theatre Festival. Regan got her BFA in Acting from the University of Michigan and was a member of the 2016-2017 Professional Training Company at the Actors Theatre of Louisville. She is an actor and playwright based in New York City, where she has recently workshopped plays with New Georges, the Drama League, and The Mad Ones.
David Newman
David Francis Newman is an Actor and Producer in the Chicago and Los Angeles area. He holds a BFA in Acting from the University of Michigan. David served as Producer/General Manager of MUSKET, a theater company in Ann Arbor, MI for two years. His theater credits include playing Lord Aster in Peter and the Starcatcher, Russ/Dan in Clybourne Park, Sir Hugh Evans in Merry Wives of Windsor, as well as other roles in Henry IV Part I, Iphigenia at Aulis, Fuente Ovejuna, and Serious Money at Michigan. David has also worked on multiple films, including She’s Lost Control and Palais du Noodles at Michigan, Time Enough, An Accidental Memoir, and To Neptune, On the Night Before the End at Cue93 Studios, and Saving Greg at Save A Penny Films. He has also worked extensively in fundraising and politics during his brief professional career, having worked at multiple non-profits and on several political campaigns.
JJ Phillips
JJ Phillips is a Jeff Award winning actor currently based in Los Angeles after nearly a decade working in theater and film regionally and in his beloved Chicago. Credits include four productions with Lookingglass Theatre (including a Best Actor in a Supporting Role nomination for his performance as Kev in Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo), two with Steppenwolf, two separate runs of the fantasy trilogy The Hammer Trinity with The House in Chicago and Miami, a return to his native Milwaukee with The Milwaukee Rep and Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Punk Rock with Griffin Theatre – which received the coveted Best Ensemble Jeff Award, and his first appearance with The UV Theater Project as Yasha in The Cherry Orchard. Readings/Workshops include the aforementioned companies, as well as The Goodman, Chicago Shakes, Victory Gardens, Chicago Dramatists, The Hypocrites, and About Face. In addition to his work on stage, he has also had the pleasure of stepping in front of the camera for numerous projects, including an appearance on the first season of Chicago Fire, as well as the independent film Thrill Ride, which is now streaming on Amazon. Up next he can be seen in Blame It On Toby, a pilot for the Rogues Gallery mini-series, and his turn as the arch-nemesis “The Douche” in Addison Heimann’s web-series Kappa Force, which will receive its world premiere this July as an official selection of the New York Television Festival. He is honored to be a founding member of the Artistic Collective, joining a group of artists he has long revered, not the least of which his mentor from Northwestern University, Daniel Cantor. Jessie Pinnick
Jessie is a soon-to-be New York based actor and singer. After graduating from Northwestern in 2016, Jessie played the title character in Stephen Cone’s Chicago-based film, “Princess Cyd”. She has also appeared in guest star roles in Shameless and Chicago Med. Past theatre credits include Paramount Theatre’s “Million Dollar Quartet”. Jessie began her journey with UV Theatre Project two summers back when she played Nina in The Seagull. She is so proud to be a member of this collective – her experience playing and working alongside Dan as well as Chicago acting legends on the Ragdale farm will never be forgotten!
Corliss Preston
New York credits include A Piece of My Heart (Manhattan Theatre Club), Cherry Orchard (York Theatre) and The Erotica Project (Public Theater). Chicago credits include Oedipus Complex (Goodman), Old Jews Telling Jokes (Royal George), readings with the Shakespeare Project of Chicago as well as creating, performing and producing various live pieces for Art Openings in River North. Samantha Rehr is a New York based actor, theatre-maker, and podcaster. J. R. Sullivan
J. R. Sullivan is a director, producer, and writer, having worked in theaters nationwide as well as heading companies as artistic director. He was the Artistic Director of New York’s Off-Broadway Pearl Theatre Company, presented with a Drama Desk Award in 2011, where he directed productions of Hard Times, Playboy of the Western World, Widowers’ Houses, Biography, The Importance of Being Earnest, Richard II,A Moon for the Misbegotten, and the New York premiere of Wittenberg. Sullivan was the founder and producing director of the New American Theater in northern Illinois, a company that thrived under his direction until 1994, when Sullivan moved on to a freelance directing career prior to his work at the Utah Shakespeare Festival and then in New York City. He served as associate artistic director for USF from 2002-2009, and has continued since that time as a visiting director, staging productions ranging from Shakespeare to Tennessee Williams, including Amadeus, Hamlet, Henry V, The Glass Menagerie, and most recently, Romeo and Juliet. His work has also been seen in regional theaters nationwide, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, Theatre X, Philadelphia’s Arden Theatre, the Studio Theatre in Washington DC, the Delaware Theatre Company, and the Resident Ensemble Players at the University of Delaware. In Chicago he has directed for Northlight Theatre, American Theatre Company, A Red Orchid Theatre, Live Bait Theatre, Prop Theatre, and the Onyx Theatre. His adaptations of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice andSense and Sensibility, in collaboration with Joseph Hanreddy,have been produced at regional houses nationwide, including Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, the Oregon and Utah Shakespeare festivals, South Coast Repertory Theater, Round House Theatre, People’s Light & Theater Company, The Cincinnati Playhouse, and Connecticut Rep. Jacqueline Toboni
Toboni began her acting career as Trubel in NBC’s GRIMM. Since moving to Los Angeles, Toboni has guest starred in TNT’s MAJOR CRIMES, as well as starring in the indie films THE BYGONE, THE LAST ROOM and LIKED, produced by Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted). Most recently, she can be seen in indie auteur Joe Swanberg’s anthology for Netflix, EASY.
She found herself returning to the theater last year to direct DYING CITY at Theatre of Note as well as star in Marja Lewis-Ryan’s BUGABOO AND THE SILENT ONE. She is happy to be back on stage with new friends and old in THREE SISTERS and is grateful to the Ragdale for hosting.
She’s trained at American Conservatory Theater (ACT), Williamstown Theatre Festival, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London. She received her BFA from the University of Michigan. Go Blue!
